It’s open to everyone, wherever you live, and shows the NSW Government how many people want efoils back in the water at Byron Bay.

Live in NSW? Please sign the NSW Parliament petition instead. Only that one counts towards a Government response.

Next milestone: 1,000.

Our petition asks the NSW Government to:

  1. Let efoils back this summer in one marked area at Belongil, with conditions and independent monitoring.
  2. End the confusion with one classification for efoils that every NSW department uses.
  3. Give riders a voice in the review of the marine park rules.

You’re signed. Thank you.

Everything below is optional, but it really helps our case.

Do you ride an efoil?
Have you ever been involved in, or witnessed, a safety incident involving an efoil?
Have you ever observed harm or disturbance to marine wildlife while efoiling?
May we quote you, with your first name, initial and country only, in our submission to the NSW Government?
When the Government opens public consultation, would you write a short personal submission? We’ll send you a guide.

Thank you.

Now please share it with one person who loves the water. That’s how petitions grow.

Your name and country may be published in campaign totals and included in our submission to the NSW Government. Your email and postcode are never published or shared. No money is ever collected.

Know an efoiler? Send them this.

If you ride any efoil, a wing or a surf foil, this is your fight too.
